Description
Opportunity: Platform Developer (.NET).
Location: Sunderland.
Set-up: Hybrid.
We are partnering with a highly respected digital entertainment client who is looking for a talented .NET Platform Developer to join their Game Integration function. This team ensures the core platform can support multiple internal and external games reliably and at scale.
The role is primarily back-end focused and centres on decoupling platform components from game logic, improving flexibility, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Hybrid working is available, offering the blend of remote and on-site collaboration.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Refactoring and decoupling platform components to support multiple game types
- Maintaining and enhancing back-end services and APIs
- Ensuring the platform is robust, scalable, and flexible
- Owning back-end projects and contributing to key platform improvements
Tech Stack You’ll Use
- C#, ASP.NET (Framework & Core)
- Node.js, TypeScript
- AWS (S3, RDS, ECS)
- Docker, Terraform, TeamCity, GitHub
- Databases: MSSQL, DynamoDB, Redis
